I'm originally a Buckeye from Ohio; but have lived on the west coast since 1986 and adore it here. I am a volunteer puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence and a lover of all animals.

It was indeed Sam. There were as many tears as smiles...yet the smiles of the recipients make it all the worthwhile!
